The ICT Hardware distribution for the year 2011-12

The ICT Hardware distribution for the year 2011-12 will be held at the IT@School District Resource Centre, Pulikuunu, Kasaragod on 12 and 13 of July 2012. The detailed schedule of distribution will be as follows :

Headmasters are requested to collect the equipments on time with out fail. The distribution will be made on first come first go basis, hence there will be issue of token from 9.30 am on both the days at the time of registration. If the Head of institution is not attending to receive the materials, they should authorise one of their staff members, preferably SITC or HITC or JSITC. As the distribution is made by the staff of KELTRON, the schools will not get any other day for receiving the materials. No school will be allowed to receive the material other than the date specified to them above.

SCHOOL SEAL AND DESIGNATION SEAL OF THE HEAD OF INSTITUTION ARE COMPULSORY WHILE RECEIVING THE EQUIPMENTS.
