How to take REPORTS from SAMPOORNA ?

( Pls note: Best result in Mozilla Firefox Browser in Ubuntu )

Login SAMPOORNA and click Reports   ( Click on the image to enlarge )

Give a suitable file name ( eg; UID_ classwise )

 Select Division

Select Required divisions

 Click the arrow button against the fields that we require and they go to the right side ( We can also move the fields Up / DOWN / or send back if not required, clicking the arrow buttons)

Click Save button.

Click the Report File name 
or 
click Show Report
then click
'Export csv'

 Give TICK Mark to Comma field and Remove selection from other fields and click 'OK'

 File exported  in teh spreadsheet format.

Select the area ( except the heading row )to sort and Click Data  then click Sort

Select Sort criteria ( eg; column C which has division ) ==> Ok

Give file name . Also select file type as as shown below (Microsoft Excel 97 / 2000/ XP / 2003 (.xls)  . Click save button
